Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or M-Pesa transaction message). Refunds will be processed within 5 working days via the original payment method (M-Pesa or bank transfer).

Shipping Policy

We deliver within Nairobi in 1–2 working days and across Kenya in 2–5 working days via trusted courier services. Shipping fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Orders placed before 3 PM are processed the same day.

We collect personal details (name, phone, email, address) to process orders and provide customer support. Payments are securely processed via M-Pesa and are not stored on our servers. We do not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
